Short lore: Ranvolt sarn was a member of the piltover special police force and specialized in long-distance suppression using hextech-accelerated suppression rounds. A marksman of high skill and a man with a strong sense of justice, Ranvolt found himself constantly at odds with his superiors and was eventually a scapegoat for their corruption.

With nowhere to go and his friends in piltover quickly leaving him, he broke out of custody and smuggled himself to Zaun. Once there he made a name as a mercenary, eventually joining a zaunite police force with a hextachnically enhanced particle accelerator based on piltover designs.

Ranvolts basic attacks and abilities are energized and gain additional effects based on the number of particle accelerators he has.

Energized attacks deal an additional 60/80/100/120 (at levels 1, 6, 11, and 16) magic damage per particle accelerator and gain the benefits of other energized effects.

0: Unique energized effects grant a stack of particle accelerator and energized effects have between 0 and 100% effectiveness based on stacks of energized.

1: Gain +25% energized stacks from moving

2: Energized effects can critically strike and benefit from critical strike multipliers

3: Energized effects deal an additional +30 damage per particle accelerator

4: Energized effects penetrate 10% of magic resist per particle accelerator

Cooldown: 10 seconds

Fire an energized projectile 1000 units forward that deals 40/60/80/100/120 magic damage plus an additional 40 magic damage per particle accelerator to the first enemy hit and move backwards 400 units

Mana: 20+20 per particle accelerator

Cooldown: 6 seconds

On first press begin charging a powerful shot for up to 6 seconds, dealing maximum damage after 2 seconds

On second press fire a piercing shot 1200 units forward that deals 80/120/160/200/240 magic damage plus an additional 40 magic damage per particle accelerator to the first enemy hit and half damage to enemies beyond the first.

Passive: This ability gains up to 100% additional range based on energized stacks

Fires 1+1 per particle accelerator projectiles at a target that deal 40/60/80/120 magic damage. Only the first projectile will trigger energized effects.

Ranvolt fires a projectile into a target enemy champion that deals 100% AD as magic damage, blinds them. and deals 40/70/100% energized damage in a 400 unit area around them that triggers energized effects once per enemy.
